7 0 cases of blood clots on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Objective:Key exploration with thrombosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction through the ef ect of the treatment.Methods:To select the research object is early January to the end of DeG cember 2013,2011 in our hospital treated 70 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza liquid 35 patients in the control group,the thrombus on the treatment of 35 cases of observation group patients compared the curative ef ect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza fluid and blood clots.Result:Two groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction after treatment,the nerve function obtained the dif erent degrees of improvement,the observation group improved neural function is obviously better than the control group.In the control group total ef ective rate is only 77.1%,observe treatment group total ef ective rate is 97.1%.The curative ef ect of observation group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:The thrombosis therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction,greatly improved the patient's neurologic,curative ef ect is distinct,is worth in clinical recommendations.
