摘要
目的：：研究护理干预对于预防高血脂症性胰腺炎复发的具体帮助及其效果.方法：选取我院2010年4月到2011年4月期间治疗的100例高血脂症性胰腺炎患者中，分为两组(每组50例患者)进行研究比较，对所有患者进行内科治疗，治疗组实施护理干预，对照组只进行常规护理，对比分析治疗组和对照组的患者的治疗依从性和高血脂症性胰腺炎复发率.结果：治疗组的患者的高血脂症性胰腺炎复发率只有5．1％，显然优于对照组，并且治疗依从性比对照组优异.结论：对高血脂症性胰腺炎的患者进行护理干预取得了很好的临床效果.
Abstract
Objective:To tudy the concrete help and ef ect of nursing intervention to prevent the recurrent of hyperglycemia sex pancreatitis.Methods:Between 100 patients with hyperlipidemia sex pancreG atitis in our hospital treated during the period of April 2010 to April 2010,divide into two groups to make study comparation,and each 50 patients,both for their medical treatment,treatment group just for nursing intervention,and control group only routine nursing care,the treatment group and control group of patients treatment adherence and hyperlipidemia recurrent pancreat.Result:For the treatment group patients,hyperlipidemia sex pancreatitis recurrence rate is only 5 .1%,obviously better than that of control group,and treatment adherence was much better than the control group.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for hyperlipidemia sex pancreatitis patients achieved good clinical ef ect.
