摘要
目的::研究持续质量改进在血站采血护理中的应用,为改进采血工作提供可参考依据.方法:成立质量改进小组,查找采血站护理中的问题,总结、分析问题后得出可实施方案,改进采血站护理服务.结果:采血护理工作中,存有患者候诊时间较长、样本质量问题以及服务态度患者不满意.质量改进前,采血93434人次,患者满意度为80.65%,样本质量:样本溶血178管,样本凝固199管,血样差错105管;质量改进后,采血102348人次,未出现样本质量问题.结论:调查采血站采血护理工作质量,分析总结问题,制定、落实改进制度,有利于提高患者满意度和样本质量.
Abstract
Objective:Study on the application of continuous quality improvement in blood to care,to improve the blood sampling reference.Methods:The establishment of quality improvement team,nursG ing problems find blood station,summary,analysis problem is obtained after the implementation,improvement of blood station of nursing service.Result:Blood in the nursing work,being longer waiting time patients,sample quality and the patients were not satisfied with the service attitude.Quality improvement,blood 93434 times,patient satisfaction was 80.65%,the sample quality:sample hemolysis 178 tubes,199 tubes of blood sample solidification,error 105 pipe;quality improvement,blood 102348 times,no sample quality problems.Conclusion:Survey sampling nursing quality blood station,analyze probG lems,formulate,implement the improved system,improving the satisfaction degree of patients and quality of samples.
