摘要
目的：：探讨不同妇幼保健模式对妇女保健效果的影响.方法：调查分析妇幼保健与临床融合的综合性妇幼保健医院与单纯的妇幼保健所的各项指标，比较两者在妇女保健的效果.结果：据调查统计，近三年妇保院的孕产妇死亡率远低于妇保所，住院分娩补助率远高于妇保所，叶酸补充率远高于妇保所，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；两者的系统管理率无统计学意义(P＞0．05).结论：设立临床与保健相结合的妇幼保健模式能够为妇女提供更高的医疗和保健水平，是妇幼保健模式的首选.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence on the ef ect of dif erent modes of maternal and child health care for women.Methods:Investigation and analysis of maternal and child health care and clinical fusion comprehensive maternal and child health hospital and pure maternity and child care indicators,compare the two in the women's health care ef ect.Result:Of According to investigation statistics,nearly three years the maternal mortality rate is far lower than the maternity care in maternity care hospital,the hospital childbirth subsidy rate is far higher than the maternity care,folic acid rate is far higher than the maternity care,dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05);A system of both GuanLiLv no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:To set up the combination of clinical and health care for women's and children’s health care model can provide higher level of medical treatment and health care for women,is the first selection of maternal and child health care model.
