摘要
目的：：分析总结会引发高危妊娠危险的原因，以增强对高危妊娠妇女的筛查与管理，保证母婴安全.方法：根据四川省“降消”项目县级孕产妇急救网络建设和管理办法中?高危妊娠产前评分标准?，对2012年10月－2013年9月，中江县医疗机构8705例孕产妇中的582例高危妊娠孕妇进行监测并对监测结果进行分析.结果：高危妊娠发生率6．69％；高危妊娠住院分娩率100．00％；高危孕产妇死亡率为343．64/10万；围产儿死亡率为1．60‰.结论：做好孕产期保健，加强高危妊娠管理，是降低孕产妇及围生儿死亡率的重要措施.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and summarize the cause reason of high risk pregnancy risk,in order to enhance the screening and management of high risk pregnancy women,ensure maternal and child safety.Methods:According to the Sichuan Province “reducing and eliminating”project county maternal emergency networkconstruction and management measures “high-risk pregnancyprenatal grading standards”,in 2012 October -2013 year in September,Zhongjiang County medical institutions in 8705 pregnant women in 582 cases of high-risk pregnancy monitoringand Analysis on the monitoring reG sults.Result:The occurrence rate of 6.69% high risk pregnancy;high risk pregnancy high-risk pregnant women hospitalized delivery rate of 100%;the mortality rate was 343.64/10 mil ion;the perinatal mortality rate was 1.60 per thousand.Conclusion:Good prenatal care,strengthen the management of high risk pregnancy,is to reduce maternal and perinatal infant mortality of important measures.
