摘要
随着社会发展，人口老龄化，缺血性脑血管病发病率不断上升，如何提高本病治疗效果成为当今的主要研究课题。由脑缺血造成脑局部缺氧、乳酸堆积、血小板活化加剧、自由基损伤、细胞内钙离子增加、兴奋氨基酸增加等一系列变化，需要多种途径治疗。近年来，奥扎格雷钠氯化钠注射液在缺血性脑血管病方面疗效得到大家共识，我科应用山东华鲁制药有限公司生产的奥扎格雷钠氯化钠注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病25例，收到满意疗效。现报告如下。
Abstract
Along with the social development,an ageing population,the rising incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,how to improve the ef ect of the disease treatment as the main research topic today.Local hypoxia caused by cerebral ischemia brain,lactic acid accumulation,platelet activation intensified,free radical damage,increased intracel ular calcium ion,excited amino acids increase and a series of change,need many kinds of ways treatment.In recent years,the sodium ozagrel sodium chloride injection curative ef ect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease have a consensus group,our department of shandong China pharmaceutical co.,LTD.Production of ozagrel sodium and sodium chloride injection treatment of 25 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,receive satisfactory curative ef ect.
