摘要
目的：：观察芪参益气滴丸对胸痹心痛的疗效和安全性。方法：选择20例冠心病患者应用芪参益气滴丸治疗，并对其治疗前后的中医症候、心绞痛程度、心电图、血液流变学参数的变化进行比较。结果：芪参益气滴丸能明显改善胸痹心痛的中医症候、心绞痛程度、心电图、血液流变学。结论：芪参益气滴丸对治疗胸痹心痛疗效确切，未发现不良反应。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the stilbene yiqi dropping in coronary heart disease blocking the ef icacy and safety.Methods:Select 20 cases of patients with coronary heart disease application of stilbene yiqi markedly,and the degree of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram(ecg)before and after the treatment,the change of hemorheology parameters were compared.Result:Stilbene and yiqi dropping pil can obviously improve the degree of obstruction of heartache of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,blood rheology.Conclusion:Stilbene yiqi dropping pil in treating obstruction heartburn curative ef ect,found no adverse reactions.
