呼和浩特地区妇女感染人乳头瘤病毒基因亚型分布的调查分析

摘要
目的：：探讨女性宫颈 HPV感染率和基因亚型分布,分析与宫颈病变关系,为防治宫颈癌提供科学依据.方法：采用PCR＋膜杂交法对来门诊就医的妇科宫颈疾病患者3209例(患者组)及健康体检的妇女755例(体检组)进行 HPV－DNA分型检测.结果：体检组 HPV检出率10．73％,患者组 HPV总感染率为23．50％,其中高危型占17．54％,以16型、58型、52型为多,低危型占5．95％,以6型、11型为多,另有53型、CP8304型也多见,患者组以50－64岁年龄段感染率为高(29．84％),体检组以21－35岁年龄段感染率为高(12．02％).结论：该项调查本地区(内蒙古呼市地区)女性感染 HPV最常见的基因亚型为16、58、52、53型,与国内其他地区相比,有一定地域差异,HPV感染率随年龄增长有增高趋势,随宫颈病变严重程度增加,HPV感染率也增高.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationships between female cervical HPV(Human Papil oma Virus),gene sub-type distribution and cervical lesions,which wil provide the scientific basis to preG vent cervical cancer.Methods:Using PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction)and hybridization technique,the author analyzes and detects the HPV-DNA(Human Papil oma Virus-DNA)from two groups of paG tients,including 3209 patients with cervical disease from clinic and 755 women from the department of physical examination.Result:The HPV exhalation rate in the medical group was 10.73%.In the patient group,the total infection rate was 23.5%,among them the high-risk type accounted for 17.54%,with HPV16,HPV58 and HPV52 were special y higher.The low-risk type in this group was accounted as 5.95% in which HPV16 and HPV58 were relatively higher,HPV53 and CP8304 were also quite common.The infection rate in the patient group was highers(29.84%)especial y during the aged 50 to 64.In the medical group,the infection rate between the age of 21 to 35 was accounted as the highest(12.02%).Conclusion:This survey is based on the samples from Hohhot.The most common infection in women cervical HPV gene sub-types are HPV16,HPV58,HPV52 and HPV53.It shows some geographical variation when comparing with others cities in China.HPV infection rate gave increased along with the age growth trend and the increased of cervical lesion severity.
