摘要

针对环境因素对分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)的影响而引起电子元件损坏,导致绝缘降低、击穿、接触不良,电阻变化和电气性能恶化等问题,分析了电子间温度、湿度、空气质量和电磁干扰等环境因素对DSC的影响,提出了电子间内使用内循环的立式柜机空调,加装温度计、空气滤清器、湿度计等,信号电缆应远离强干扰源等各项应对措施来提高运行DCS的可靠性,保证机组安全稳定运行.

Abstract

The impact of environmental factors on distributed control systems(DCS)can cause damage to electronic components,resulting in reduced insulation,breakdown,poor contact,changes in resistance,and deterioration of electrical performance.The article analyzes the impact of environmental factors such as temperature,humidity,air quality,and electromagnetic interference on DSC in the electronic room.It proposes measures such as using a vertical cabinet air conditioner with internal circulation in the electronic room,installing a thermometer,air filter,and hygrometer,and keeping signal cables away from strong interference sources to improve the reliability of DCS operation and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
