With the increasing penetration rate of renewable energy and the increasingly complex and diverse power demand,the effectiveness evaluation of new power system construction is affected by many factors.How to accurately and comprehensively evaluate the construction effect of new power system according to the regional energy endowment and load characteristics is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward a new power system construction effectiveness evaluation method based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and takes a power generation system in an urban area of Sichuan Province as an example to verify the feasibility of the method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively and comprehensively evaluate the new power system construction effectiveness,and the evaluation scheme can effectively improve the energy comprehensive utilization efficiency of the new power system.
