摘要
针对可再生能源配额制及其配套的绿色证书交易制度的实施,研究可再生能源发电商和火电发电商在电力批发市场和绿色证书市场下的中长期电能交易市场均衡问题.首先,在电力批发市场和绿色证书市场下,构造两类发电商的空间古诺模型,对多市场下两类发电商的目标函数集中优化,利用yalmip求解.最后,分析得到可再生能源配额的变化对电能价格、交易电量等存在的影响,对政府科学设置配额比例提供了参考意见.
Abstract
Regarding the implementation of the renewable energy quota system and its supporting green certificate trading system,this study investigates the medium-and long-term electricity trading market equilibrium issues for multi market green energy generation companies and thermal power generation companies in the electricity wholesale market and green certificate market.Firstly,in the electricity wholesale market and green certificate market,construct spatial cournot models for two types of power generators,optimize the objective functions of the two types of power generators in multiple markets,and solve them using Yalmip.Finally,the impact of changes in renewable energy quotas on electricity prices,trading volume,and other factors was analyzed,providing reference opinions for the government to scientifically set quota ratios.
