In order to further strengthen the understanding and attention of manufacturers,power plants and testing laboratories on the performance of honeycomb denitration catalysts,especially the activity,this paper conducts Person correlation analysis,box plot analysis and cluster analysis on the data obtained from component characterization,structural characterization and activity measurement based on 70 groups of honeycomb denitration catalysts.The results show that Person correlation analysis shows that the absolute value of the correlation coefficient between the activity of the denitration catalyst and the specific surface area and V2O5 is 0.484 and 0.506,respectively,and the numerical changes of these two will significantly affect the activity.The correlation coefficient between SiO2 and Al2O3 is greater than 0.90,indicating a significant correlation.The mass fractions of Ti,V and W oxides in the main components of the catalyst are 77.91%~90.03%,0.35%~1.60%and 2.24%~5.57%,respectively,and the variation range of V content is relatively narrow.SiO2 and Al2O3 are a class in the clustering results,which is consistent with the conclusion that there is a significant correlation between them.K,Na,Mg,Fe and As are clustered into one category,and alkalis elements have a negative impact on the activity of the catalyst.The experimental measurement parameters of honeycomb denitration catalyst were analyzed by correlation analysis,box plot analysis and cluster analysis,and the results were interpretable.
