The 340T synchro self shifting(SSS)clutch is one of the important equipment for achieving single shaft power generation in gas steam combined cycle power generation units,and its maintenance and repair quality directly affects the safe operation of the unit.This paper introduces the structure and principle of this type of SSS clutch,analyzes two clutch failures of 340T SSS clutch,and expounds the handling methods.It has reference significance for the safe operation and smooth elimination of equipment hazards of the same type.
