摘要

针对600 MW燃煤机组选择性催化还原法(Selective Catalytic Redution,SCR)脱硝喷氨自动控制存在的问题,结合机组实际生产情况,对喷氨自动控制进行分析、总结后提出优化措施.不仅能够保障喷氨自动控制的可靠性,而且能够合理控制NO,排放满足环保要求,实现机组超低排放目标.

Abstract

In response to the problems in the automatic control of ammonia injection for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification in a 600 MW coal-fired unit,combined with the actual production situation of the unit,this paper analyzes and summarizes the automatic control of ammonia injection,and proposes optimization measures.Not only does it ensure the reliability of automatic ammonia injection control,but it can also reasonably control NOx emissions to meet environmental requirements and achieve the ultra-low emission target of the unit.
