摘要
为加快推进客户侧新型数字基础设施建设,服务营销数字化转型发展,提出建设"家庭级"的智慧用能服务理念,着力打造智慧台区.在设备配置方面升级计量关键设备,加装核心关键感知设备,升级本地通信技术,安装低压侧光伏储能一体设备等,在通信组网技术方面采用高速电力线载波(High-speed Power Line Carrier,HPLC)+高频射频(High-frequency Radio Frequency,HRF)双模和高速现场总线作为通信方式,搭建传输高效的分层分布式通信网络.该方案应用于运行状态全景感知、营配精益化管理、源网荷储协同优化等各项业务场景,旨在实现电力供应的智能化、高效化和安全化,提高电网的稳定性和可靠性,并推进电力行业数字化转型.
Abstract
In order to accelerate the construction of new digital infrastructure on the customer side and the Digital transformation development of service marketing,the concept of building a"family level"smart energy service was proposed,and efforts were made to build smart station area.In terms of equipment configuration,upgrade metering key equipment,install core key perception equipment,upgrade local communication technology,install low-voltage side photovoltaic energy storage integrated equipment,etc.In terms of communication networking technology,HPLC+HRF dual-mode and high-speed fieldbus are used as communication methods to build a transmission efficient layered distributed communication network.This scheme is applied to various business scenarios such as panoramic perception of operating status,lean management of marketing and distribution,and cooperative optimization of source-grid-load-storage.The aim is to achieve intelligence,efficiency,and security of power supply,improve the stability and reliability of the power grid,and promote the digital transformation of the power industry.
