Application and prospecting effect of geochemical survey in Baoquan copper mine exploration in Heilongjiang Province
Baoquan copper mine is located near Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province,is a newly discovered medium-sized copper deposit in the Heihe-Nenjiang copper-gold metallogenic belt in recent years. In the process of discovery and ex-ploration of the deposit, geochemical survey of different scales has played a vital role. The results have shown that the de-posit has obvious geochemical anomaly characteristics, and the main ore-forming elements are Au,Ag,Cu and Mo.Among them, the combined anomaly sequence of 1∶50 000 Chen-06-HS-1 and 1∶10 000 Ⅳ-15Ht-4,which are highly consistent with the ore body,is the first, and the anomaly area is 39.3 km2 and 3.42 km2 respectively. The concentration center is obvious, the anomaly intensity is high and the recurrence is good. The Cu-20 soil anomaly, which is consistent with the copper ore body, has an inner zone. The maximum value is 501.5 × 10-6,and the average value is 129.2 × 10-6.The occurrence location, spatial distribution and scale occurrence of the copper body revealed by the project are highly con-sistent with the abnormal characteristics of each element. From the perspective of anomaly distribution, the copper element has a certain extension along the direction of due south and northeast, which is consistent with the occurrence of copper ore body after the verification of late drilling, which proves that the anomalies have obvious effect on prospecting. This method will provide a theoretical basis for delineating regional anomalies and controlling the depth and extension of ore bodies.
