Experimental study on cyanide leaching of a gold ore in Jilin Province
A certain gold mine in Jilin Province has the characteristics of fine disseminated grain size and high gold con-tent.The ore process type is low-sulfide quartz vein gold bearing ore.The effects of grinding fineness,calcium oxide dos-age,alkali treatment time,sodium cyanide dosage,leaching time and pulp concentration on the leaching index of the ore were studied in cyanide leaching experiments.The experimental results show that when the fineness of grinding is-0.045 mm,mass fraction is 90%,the calcium oxide dosage is 2.5 kg/t,the alkali treatment time is 1 h,the sodium cyanide dos-age 1kg/t,the leaching time is 24 h,the leaching concentration is 40%,the cyanide leaching residue grade 0.50 g/t,and the gold leaching rate can reach 92.10%.
