The gold deposit is located about 5 km southeast of Shiwei Township,and mainly occurs in the Neoproterozoic Giant speckled medium grain black cloud potassium feldspar granite,controlled by the NNE trending ductile shear zone and the NW trending compression-torsional fault,and the deposit type is hydrothermal altered rock type.Silicification and greis-enization in the ore are the main prospecting indicators.
