Suggestions for the restoration and management of abandoned mines in Jizhou District,Tianjin City
Hundreds of abandoned mines are distributed in Jizhou District of Tianjin City,and national policies require the re-mediation of areas where abandoned mines damage vegetation.The current approach is mainly focused on greening projects.In this article,the authors analyze the situation of geological environment governance in mines,investigate the growth status of veg-etation of restored mines through sample surveys and other means,analyze the effectiveness of mine restoration,and proposes suggestions for the restoration of open-pit mines in Jizhou District,Tianjin:To plan and utilize abandoned mines reasonably,such as transforming them into geological science popularization bases,effectively reducing governance costs,and is worth pro-moting in similar abandoned mines.
