摘要
信息警务是适应时代的要求而出现的,它与情报主导警务既有区别又有联系,同时与其他警务模式之间存在着批判、继承、补充和协调的关系。信息警务＂工作环＂是信息警务的主要构成和基本构架;信息警务不仅要求信息收集的科学化,而且要求信息研判工作的合理化、规范化,还要求信息使用的前置化、监督化和共享化。
Abstract
Information policing appeared,adapting to the requirement of the times.It is not only different from the intelligence-led policing,but related to it.The relationship between the information policing and other policing modes is critical,inherited,complementary and coordinated.＂The work circle＂ is the major part and the basic framework of information policing.The information policing requires not only scientific information collection,but also rational and standardized analysis of information,and the preferential,supervised and shared application of information.
