摘要
经济犯罪侦查僵局是指在经济犯罪案件侦查过程中,在一定时空范围内基于某种原因造成侦查线索的中断,从而使侦查主体不能合理地对案件事实、作案人或侦查出路等作出唯一肯定性结论的案件侦查状况。经济犯罪侦查僵局具有相对性、关联性、变化性和对抗性等特征,突破经济犯罪侦查僵局需要组织专家＂会诊＂、重新分析案情、调整侦查部署等。
Abstract
The investigation impasse of the economic crime means that in the investigation process of the economic crime,the investigation subject cannot draw the unique positive conclusion rationally about the case facts,perpetrators or investigation ways because of the interruption of the investigation clues caused by some causes within certain space and time scope.The investigation impasse of the economic crime is characteristic of relativity,relevance,variability and antagonism.To break the investigation impasse,we should hold consultations of experts,reanalyze the case,adjust the investigation deployment.
