摘要
笔迹从其实质来看,是笔迹书写人书写技能和书写动作习惯的反映。笔迹鉴定结论正是笔迹鉴定人通过笔迹特征来认识书写人的书写技能和书写动作习惯,经过综合评断而作出的检材与样本是否同一的推断性意见。当检材或样本笔迹中出现漏笔画现象时,其是否可以反映书写人的书写动作习惯将直接影响笔迹鉴定人对笔迹书写人书写动作习惯的认识,进而影响鉴定结论的科学性。因此,正确地认识笔迹鉴定中的漏笔画现象,了解其产生的原因,将对笔迹鉴定具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract
Viewed from its nature,the handwriting is the reflection of the writer＇s writing skills and writing action habits.The handwriting identification conclusion is the handwriting expert＇s inferred observations on whether the testing material and the sample are identical through analyzing the writer＇s writing skills and writing action habits.The missed stroke in the testing material or the sample handwriting will directly influence handwriting experts to realize the writer＇s handwriting action habits,and then the scientificalness of the conclusion.Therefore,understanding the missed stroke phenomenon and its causes will be of instructive importance to the handwriting identification.
