摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出,＂把促进学生健康成长作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点＂。学生健康成长应当包括学生所学的知识体系的全面培养。婚姻家庭法学是法学教育尤其是法学本科教育中重要的一门课程。婚姻家庭法不仅直接关系到法科生的个人的婚姻生活,而且在他们以后的司法实务中也经常涉及,法学院应当加强对婚姻法课程的重视程度,将其设定为法学教育中的必修课程。
Abstract
＂Long-term Planning Program of the National Education Reform and Development＂points out： ＂The fundamental purpose of a university and its work is to ensure sound development and healthy development of the students.＂ Law science of Marriage and family is an important course in the undergraduate legal education.Marriage and family law is closely related to the students＇ personal life and their future legal practice.So law schools should pay more attention to this course and run it as a required subject.
