信息时代,公安院校图书馆要维持自身良性发展,就应顺应时代发展潮流,加快自身转变步伐,大力提升图书馆的核心竞争力。要以公安特色馆藏为基础,培养高素质的馆员队伍,引入学科馆员制,创新服务理念,拓展读者需求,加强数字资源的开发和利用,加大馆际互借和资源共享力度,保障公安院校图书馆在良性、健康的环境中不断发展壮大。
Abstract
In the information age,the development of library in public security colleges should follow the development trend and quicken the pace of change to raise the core competence of library.It should base on the library collection of the police characteristics,train the High-Quality librarians,innovate the service idea,meet the requirement of the readers,strengthen the exploitation and utilization of digital resources,share the inter libraries resource,to support the library of public security colleges develop continually in good surrounding.
