政法干警招录培养体制改革视角下的公安法学教学模式研究

在政法干警招录培养体制改革试点工作背景下进行公安法学教学改革是摆在公安院校法学教师眼前的首要问题。试点学生的培养目标应当定位在执法职业技能培养和法律综合素质培养的双重方向上。构建突出实训的公安法学教学模式成为政法干警招录培养体制改革试点工作背景下公安法学教学模式改革的重中之重。传统的公安法学实训教学方法包括案例教学法和实习教学法,实习教学法又包括专业实习教学法和实训基地实习教学法。拓展的公安法学实训教学方法包括情景体验教学法和观摩教学法。
Abstract
In the context of the reform of the system of recruiting and cultivating political and legal police officers,the teaching reform of police jurisprudence is the most important task of the law teachers.The training objectives should be fixed in the cultivating of professional skills of law enforcement and comprehensive legal quality.Constructing a training-highlighted teaching model of police jurisprudence is the most important.Conventional teaching method police jurisprudence includes case method and practice method.The expanded training method includes situational experience method and demonstration lecture.
