摘要
因群租房增多引发的治安问题已逐渐成为影响社会稳定的重要因素之一。群租房增多引发的治安问题有：盗窃、伤害等侵犯公民财产、人身权案件多发，火灾隐患较为突出，环境卫生压力增大诱发矛盾纠纷增多。减少群租房治安问题需要政府统筹协调，加大执法力度，教育群众慎重选择群租对象及群租房等。
Abstract
With the increasing of the group-renting housing, public security problem becomes one of the key factors for social stability gradually. Some crimes violated the citizen＇s property and personal rights, such as theft, injury; the firetrap is more prominent; the contradictions and disputes caused by sanitation pressure increased. Therefore, reducing these problems need perfecting harmony system of government plan, strengthening the law enforcement dynamics, and educating the public how to choose the group-renting partners and house carefully.
