摘要
在民族高等院校的法学教育中强化特色教学方法不仅必要，而且可能。分层次教学法、习惯法案例教学、法人类学田野调查法、民族法律语言教学法等特色教学方法具有较强的应用价值。
Abstract
It＇s not only necessary but also possible to strengthen the characteristics of teaching method in the legal education at the university of higher national. Such as hierarchical approach, common law case method, legal anthropology and field research teaching and the national legal language teaching method has a strong value.
