A Multi-case Study of Fintech Regulation Based on Grounded Theory
The rapid development of fintech has brought many innovations and changes to the financial industry,but due to the complexity and scope of fintech,the regulation of the fintech industry has become an urgent issue.In order to explore the internal mechanism of fintech regulation,based on a number of cases,the programmed grounded theory is used for coding analysis,and the relevant concepts are mined to summarize and form the four core areas of fintech regulation in"demand,means,intermediary and effect".The contribution of this study is to explore the formation mechanism and value connotation of fintech regulation,which is conducive to promoting the theoretical research and practical exploration of fintech regulation.
