科创板"硬科技"科创属性画像及科创引导效应

聚焦资本市场支持科技创新这一关键,本文以科创板"硬科技"科创属性画像及科创引导效应为研究主线,应用大数据模型对科创板上市公司进行科创属性聚类并绘制科创图谱,并进一步编制中国资本市场科创属性指数,系统测度科创板企业"含科量".在此基础上,以半导体产业链为例,应用空间网络模型构建技术关联网络并论证"硬科技"属性的科创引导效应.为强化科创板企业"硬科技"属性引导效应,进一步培育新质生产力,本文提出完善科创属性评价标准、加强IPO科创属性审核问询、引导企业加强科技创新研发投入等相关政策建议.
The Portrait of Innovation Attributes on the STAR Market and Its Guiding Effects
This paper explores the significant role of capital markets in driving scientific and technological innovation.Focusing on the STAR Market,this paper investigates the impact of"hard technology"attributes on innovation guidance.Utilizing big data models,the study clusters listed companies based on their innovation attributes to create an innovation map.It also develops a specific index to evaluate the scientific and technological strength of firms in China's capital market.Using the semiconductor industry as a case study,the paper illustrates how the"hard technology"attribute influences innovation through a spatial network model.To enhance this influence and promote new quality productive forces,the study proposes policy recommendations such as refining evaluation standards and encouraging investment in research and development.
