Research on Operation and Supervision of Foreign Public Credit Information System
The credit information system is the infrastructure of credit transactions,and it is an important guarantee for the social credit system to maintain high-quality benign operation and play a long-term mechanism.Based on the construction status and development advantages of European public credit information system,this paper analyzes the current problems faced by China's public credit information system according to its operating experience and regulatory system,and propose feasible suggestions for accelerating the introduction of laws,and promoting credit information sharing to continuously optimize China's public credit reporting system.
