摘要
半导体产业是国民经济的基础性支撑产业,对我国经济长期增长和国家安全至关重要.目前全球半导体产业链面临深度调整,表现出本土化、区域化、需求集聚化特征.我国应提高创新能力,注重自主研发,同时优化营商环境,深化国际合作,构建安全可靠半导体产业链.
Abstract
The semiconductor industry is the basic support industry of the national economy,and is crucial to China's long-term economic growth and national security.At present,the global semiconductor industry chain is facing deep adjustment,showing the characteristics of localization,regionalization,and demand agglomeration.China should improve its innovation capacity,pay attention to independent research and development,while optimizing the business environment,deepening international cooperation,and building a safe and reliable semiconductor industry chain.
