吉林省养老服务金融创新发展策略研究

摘要
养老金融作为中央金融工作会议所强调的五大金融领域之一,正日益成为我国经济社会发展的重要组成部分.随着人口老龄化的不断加剧,养老金融的重要性愈发凸显,成为社会各界关注的焦点.特别是在吉林省这样的深度老龄化地区,通过金融科技赋能,可以促进养老服务金融的创新,更好地满足老年人多样化的养老需求.本文首先从银行、保险、基金、信托四个维度深入分析了吉林省养老服务金融的供给现状,揭示了其在供给层面存在的主要问题及成因.针对这些问题,本文借鉴了国外养老服务金融的成功经验,并结合吉林省的实际情况,提出了针对性的对策建议,旨在推动吉林省养老服务金融的创新发展.这些对策的提出,有助于优化吉林省养老服务金融的供给结构,提升服务质量和效率,更能为老年人提供更加多元化、个性化的金融服务,满足其不断增长的养老需求.
Abstract
As one of the five financial sectors highlighted by the Central Financial Work Conference,pension finance is increasingly becoming an important component of China's economic and social development.With the growing aging population,the significance of pension finance has become more prominent and has garnered attention from all sectors of society.This is particularly true in deeply aging regions like Jilin Province,where leveraging financial technology can drive innovation in elderly care service finance and better meet the diverse needs of the aging population.This paper first analyzes the current supply situation of pension service finance in Jilin Province from four dimensions:banking,insurance,funds,and trusts,revealing the main issues at the supply level and their causes.In light of these problems,this paper draws on the successful experiences of foreign pension service finance and,combined with the actual circumstances of Jilin Province,proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovative development of pension service finance in the region.The proposal of these measures will help optimize the supply structure of pension service finance in Jilin Province,enhance service quality and efficiency,offer more diverse and personalized financial services for the elderly,and meet their growing demand for retirement planning.
