摘要
当前阶段,中国深度融入全球供应链、价值链,与其他经济体的经贸联系愈加紧密,同时,逆全球化浪潮暗流涌动,欧美等主要经济体以环境保护、国家安全等各种名义阻遏自由贸易,寻求与中国之间的脱钩断链,中国面临的外部环境趋于严峻,进出口环节带来的产业链不确定性显著增强.我国应立足内外部双循环的新发展格局,多措并举推动重点领域产业链、供应链韧性提升.
Abstract
At present,China is deeply integrated into the global supply chain and value chain,and its economic and trade ties with other economies are becoming closer.At the same time,the tide of anti-globalization is surging.Major economies in Europe and the United States are blocking free trade in the name of environmental protection and national security,and seeking to break the link with China.The uncertainty of the industrial chain brought about by the import and export links has significantly increased.China should base on the new development pattern of internal and external cycles,and take multiple measures to promote the resilience of industrial chains and supply chains in key areas.
