摘要
吉林省是中国汽车产业的摇篮,在经历2020年疫情带来的寒冬期后,2021年汽车行业开始回暖,但2022年受俄乌战争等因素影响,涉外车企仍面临诸多困难与挑战.如何充分利用境内境外两个市场、两种资源,通过跨境投融资获得人才、技术、资金、全球市场是当前吉林省汽车产业发展的应有之题.本文根据问卷调查结果,综合分析吉林省车企、涉外车企的基本情况、主要特点和存在的问题,提出涉外车企下一步发展的意见建议,以期更好地促进吉林省汽车产业做大做强,助推汽车产业实体经济发展.
Abstract
Jilin Province,the cradle of China's automotive industry,saw a recovery in the automotive sector in 2021 after the pandemic-induced downturn in 2020.However,challenges persist for foreign automakers in 2022 due to factors like the Russia-Ukraine conflict.The key focus now is on leveraging both domestic and international markets and resources through cross-border investment to acquire talent,technology,capital,and global market access.This article provides recommendations for the next steps in developing foreign-funded automakers based on a comprehensive analysis of survey results and an examination of current issues faced by automakers in Jilin Province.The aim is to promote growth and strengthen Jilin Province's automotive industry while driving tangible economic development within this sector.
