摘要
近年来,四平市聚焦黑土地保护与利用,指导金融机构发挥金融畅通"血脉"的作用,以《吉林省金融支持黑土地保护实施意见》为指引,以"黑金贷"等信贷产品为突破口整合土地、科技、金融与"三农"政策资源,全力支持新型农业经营主体加强耕地保护,实现以"金融之手"助推黑土地保护的发展进程,不断丰富"梨树模式"内涵,助力守护"大国粮仓".
Abstract
In recent years,Siping has focused on the protection and utilization of black land,guiding financial institutions to play the role of the smooth"Blood"of finance,and taking the"Opinions on the implementation of Jilin province's financial support for black land protection"as a guide,"Black gold loans"and other credit products as a breakthrough to integrate land,science and technology,finance and"Agriculture"policy resources,full support of new agricultural operators to strengthen the protection of arable land,to achieve the"Financial hand"to promote the development of black land protection process,and constantly enrich the"Pear tree model"connotation,help protect the"Big Country Granary.
