中国绿色经济发展现状研究与建议

摘要
2020年9月,中国明确提出双碳目标,意味着中国经济绿色发展进入新的历史阶段,围绕双碳战略,我国陆续出台一系列政策支持绿色经济发展,已经取得初步成效,但距离发达国家仍存在一定差距.基于2012年至2021年中国绿色经济各项影响因素数据,运用主成分分析和OLS回归分析模型,分析中国绿色经济发展现状及存在问题,结合实证分析结果和中国绿色经济发展实际,提出政策建议,以期为中国绿色经济发展提供一定的理论参考.
Abstract
In September 2020,China clearly put forward the double carbon target,which means that the green development of China's economy has entered a new historical stage,around the double carbon strategy,China has introduced a series of policies to support the development of green economy,which has achieved initial results,but there is still a certain gap between developed countries.Based on the date of various influencing factors of China's green economy from 2012to 2021,principal component analysis and OLS regression analysis model were used to analyze the development status and existing problems of China's green economy,and combined with the empirical analysis results and the actual development of China's green economy,policy suggestions were put forward in order to provide certain theoretical references for the development of China's green economy.
