东北中小城市做好养老金融服务的思考——基于吉林省通化市的调查分析

摘要
近年来,随着人口持续外流,东北中小城市人口老龄化愈发严重,老龄化程度加深对这些城市的养老服务产业提出了越来越多的新问题、新挑战,作为养老服务重要一环的"养老金融"服务也需要加快发展,以更好服务老龄人群需求,本文通过对吉林省通化市养老金融服务现状、问题的分析,梳理了制约东北中小城市养老金融发展的原因,并有针对性的提出了对策建议.
Abstract
In recent years,with the continuous outflow of population,the population aging in small and medium-sized cities in Northeast China is becoming increasingly severe,and the deepening of the degree of aging has put forward more and more new problems and challenges to the pension service industry in these cities,and as an important part of the pension service,the"pension finance"service needs to accelerate the development in order to better serve the needs of the aging population.This paper analyzes the current state and issues of pension financial services in Tonghua City,Jilin Province,and identifies the reasons hindering the development of pension financial services in small and medium-sized cities in Northeast China,and puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions.
