Mineral element determination and adsorption study on methylene blue of Picea asperata Mast.ash
Picea asperata Mast.needles from crown branches and older needle -leaves with different light intensity were taken as objects to research the types and distribution characteristics of mineral element , and the adsorption to methylene blue. The results showed that mineral element content of sunny facing needles were higher than shaded halves , content of K and Ca were higher than Mg and Fe; Mineral element content of old leaves was higher than young leaves .Absorbancy of methylene blue reached maximum value , when wave length of ultraviolet visible light was 650 nm; adsorption equilibtium time was 70 min;0.4 g was optimum volume of the ash; adsorption equilibrium reached at 90℃.In the range of acidity, the adsorption capacity decreased with the increase of pH , the results was opposite in the range of alkalinity .
