Study on the Diversity of Soil Arthropods in Different Types of Forests in Daliangzihe Forest Farm
In order to explore the community structure characteristics and diversity of soil arthropods in different types of forests in Daliangzihe Forest Farm, the soil in 5 different types of forests was selected as the research object, and the soil arthropods were separated by Tullgren dry funnel method. The number of captured arthropods was counted, and the data of community structure characteristics and diversity were obtained by analysis. In this survey,a total of 2 457 arthropods those belonged to 5 classes,10 orders, and 43 families were captured. The dominant groups were Onychiuridae and Isotomidae, accounting for 11.56%and 11.15%of the total number, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests was the maximum, while its Simpson dominance index was the minimum. The vertical dis-tribution characteristics of soil arthropods in the sampling points of 5 different types of forests had obvious surface aggrega-tion.This research provided theoretical support for environmental assessment and ecological protection of forests and protec-ted areas.
