Research Progress and Prospect of Somatic Embryogenesis in Pinus koraiensis
The effects of explant,culture medium,genotype and environmental factors on somatic embryogenesis in Pinus koraiensis were reviewed in this paper.The problems to be solved were pointed out,and the future research and develop-ment were prospected.
