铜胁迫对红小豆萌发的影响

不同浓度的铜溶液对红小豆种子进行处理,观察红小豆种子的发芽率和幼苗生长状况,研究不同铜浓度营养液(0.1、0.3、0.5、1.0 g/L Cu2+)对红小豆种子萌发、幼苗生长和生理特性的影响.结果表明:随着铜浓度的增加,红小豆种子的发芽率、幼苗株高和根长都受到抑制.
Effect of Copper Stress on Germination and Seedling Growth of Red Bean
Red bean seed was treated with solution of different concentrations of copper and seed germination rate and seedling growth of red bean were determined to study effect of copper solution of different concentration (0.1,0.3,0.5,1.0 g / L Cu2+) on red bean seed germination,seedling growth and physiological characteristics.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of copper,seed germination rate,plant height and root length of red bean were inhibited.
