预制菜产业发展现状及对策分析——以吉林省为例

吉林省作为我国重要的商品粮生产、加工基地,具有预制菜产业发展得天独厚的资源和产业基础.我省居民的餐饮方式及消费理念也逐渐由消费型转向享受型,食品的安全、营养、健康成为人们对菜肴的主要需求,因此大力发展预制菜产业具有重要意义,但我省的预制菜产业仍处于发展初期,如何高质量发展预制菜产业仍是一个新课题.本研究主要阐述了吉林省预制菜产业发展现状及存在的问题,并根据吉林省产业发展实际提出相应的对策及建议,以期为打造"吉菜"特色预制菜品及吉林省预制菜产业发展提供借鉴.
Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of the Pre-made Food Industry——Take Jilin Province as an Example
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the innovation of food processing tech-nology,pre-made food,as the objective demand of social development and the progress of times,have become an im-portant part of people's daily catering consumption,and gradually developed into an emerging industry,with great potential for development.Jilin Province as an important commodity grain production and processing province in China,has a unique industrial foundation for the development of the pre-made food industry.Residents in our prov-ince catering and consumption concept also gradually from consumption to enjoy,food safety,nutrition,health be-come the main demand for dishes,so developing prefabricated industry is of great significance,but the industry in our province is still in the stage of development,how to rapid development of pre-made industry is still a new topic.This paper mainly reviews the development status and existing problems of the pre-made food industry in Jilin Prov-ince,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual industrial develop-ment of Jilin Province,in order to provide reference for the creation of"Jilin"characteristic pre-made food and the development of the industry in Jilin Province.
