The effect of the culture medium formula of Stropharia rugosoannulata on the content of mushroombran componentsand the yield of fruit bodies
This study focuses on Stropharia rugosoannulata as the research object, and conducts research on the technology of returning straw resources to the field through substrate conversion.Six treatments were set up for the cultivation material formula, and the experimental results showed that corn straw is the best production material for Stropharia rugosoannulata, with fast growth and early emergence.Adding sawdust to the corn straw culture medium in an appropriate amount is beneficial for the increase and accumulation of organic matter and total nitrogen in the mushroom bran after mushroom cultivation, while the sunflower straw formula is not suitable for soil improvement through microbial return.Pure corn straw is used as a cultivation material to cultivate mushrooms, which saves and preserves water, while sunflower straw consumes more water. Therefore, using sunflower straw for the production of Stropharia rugosoannulata requires increasing the water supply of the mushroom bed.
