摘要
茖葱是一种药食同源的珍稀野生植物,现由于生长环境限制及掠夺式采收,野生资源匮乏.利用组织培养技术能够在短时间内繁殖大量茖葱组培苗,可有效保护野生茖葱种质资源,解决茖葱种苗繁殖慢的问题.本文总结了茖葱组培苗繁育技术,对茖葱组培苗繁育过程中外植体的选择、外植体的处理、外植体的消毒、丛生苗诱导培养、壮苗培养、生根培养、炼苗、移栽和栽培管理进行了详细介绍,以期为野生茖葱组培快繁研究提供一定参考.
Abstract
Allium victorialis L.is a rare wild plant with medicinal and edible properties.Due to limitations in its growth environment and predatory harvesting,wild resources are scarce.The use of tissue culture technology can reproduce a large number of Allium victorialis L.tissue culture seedlings in a short period of time,effectively protecting wild Allium victorialis L.germplasm resources and solving the problem of slow propagation of Allium victorialis L.seedlings.This article summarizes the propagation techniques of Allium victorialis L.tissue culture seedlings,and provides a detailed introduction to the selection of explants,treatment of explants,disinfection of explants,induction culture of clustered seedlings,strong seedling culture,rooting culture,seedling refining,transplantation,and cultivation management during the propagation process of Allium victorialis L.tissue culture seedlings.The aim is to provide some reference for the research on rapid propagation of wild Allium victorialis L.tissue culture.
