莲藕休眠过程中的酶活性动态变化分析

为探究莲藕休眠期酶活性变化,选择'锦旗'、'白碗莲'、'迎宾芙蓉'、'娇容三变'4个中小型荷花品种为试材,分析多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)在整个储藏过程中的动态变化,结果表明:PPO和POD都呈现先下降后上升趋势,真休眠期阶段强迫休眠又呈下降趋势,POD在萌芽松动期阶段又开始上升.不同藕莲品种酶活性差异较大,但在变化趋势在不同阶段表现相同.
Analysis of Dynamic Changes of Enzyme Activity in Lotus under Dormancy
In order to explore the changes of enzyme activity during the dormancy period of lotus root,four small and medium-sized lotus varieties,"'Jinqi','Baiwanlian','Yingbin Furong'and'Jiaorong Sanbian',were selected as test materials.The dynamic changes of PP and POD during the whole storage process showed that PPO and POD showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The forced dormancy in the true dormancy stage showed a downward trend,and POD began to rise in the germination and loosening stage.The enzyme activity of different lotus varieties was quite different,but the change trend was the same at different stages.
