摘要
苦瓜商品瓜储存时间较短,且在运输过程中极易破损,加速商品瓜衰老,影响食用价值.因此,苦瓜的耐储藏能力对于商品瓜十分重要.本文通过比较20份苦瓜种质资源在相同条件下贮藏0d、2d、4d、6d、8d时感官品质、硬度及可溶性固形物含量,对耐储性进行分析,筛选出相对耐储性较高的三份种质资源,为培育耐储性较高的苦瓜资源提供参考.
Abstract
The storage time of bitter melon is short,and it is easy to be damaged during transporta-tion,which accelerates the aging of commodity melon and affects the edible value.Therefore,the stor-age capacity of bitter melon is very important for commercial melons.In this paper,by comparing the sensory quality,hardness and soluble solid content of 20 germplasm resources of bitter gourd stored for 0d,2d,4d,6d and 8d under the same conditions,the storage resistance was analyzed,and three germplasm resources with relatively high storage resistance were selected to provide reference for im-proving storage resistance of bitter gourd and breeding resources with high storage resistance.
