A review on in vitro culture of cucumber
Establishing an efficient and reproducible cucumber tissue in vitro culture regeneration system is a key foundational work in biotechnology assisted breeding.This article summarizes the ef-fects of major influencing factors such as genotype,explant type,culture medium,and exogenous hor-mones on plant regeneration frequency during cucumber tissue in vitro culture.This article analyzes the main problems that urgently need to be solved in cucumber tissue in vitro culture,and points out the future development direction,providing reference for cucumber tissue in vitro culture and even tis-sue in vitro culture of other crops in the Cucurbitaceae family.
