The Belt and Road Initiative proposed over the past decade,China's scale of direct investment in countries along the Belt and Road has expanded rapidly,but the risks can not be ignored,and the security guarantee system of foreign direct investment needs to be improved urgently.The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's the Belt and Road foreign direct investment security system from the three levels of the state,society and enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the security guarantee mechanism of foreign investment,enhancing the security guarantee ability of foreign investment,and improving the intermediary service system of foreign investment.
