Optimizing Talent Allocation Strategies to Promote the Revitalization of the Rural Economy in Northeast China
The revitalization of the rural economy in Northeast China is the prerequisite and foundation for the rural revitalization in Northeast China.At present,the revitalization of the rural economy in Northeast China has achieved certain results,with new industries and new models of business continuously emerging.Rural agricultural production is intelligent,digital and technological,and the agricultural supply-side structural reform is deepening,but there are also problems such as insufficient investment in science and technology,insufficient power of the private economy,relatively weaker in the rural collective economy,the lack of high-level talents,insufficient integration of the three industries,and the need to improve infrastructure construction.Talent is the intellectual support to promote the revitalization of the rural economy in Northeast China.Therefore,we need to optimize the allocation of talents for the obstacles to the revitalization of the rural economy in Northeast China,attract and educate talents,and constantly enrich the"think tank"for the revitalization of the rural economy in Northeast China.
