The Impact of Trade Facilitation on Import and Export Trade under the Dual Circulation Pattern——A Case Study of China-Japan Trade
Trade facilitation,as a comprehensive institutional arrangement,can effectively improve the quality of China's foreign trade.It is an important means to tap new trade growth drivers in the context of significant changes in domestic and international factors.This study reviews the relevant literature on import and export trade and trade facilitation,analyzes the current situation of trade facilitation between China and Japan,and makes an analysis of the impact of trade facilitation on China-Japan trade from four aspects:infrastructure,business environment,institutional environment,and financial environment.The research results show that China-Japan trade facilitation has a significant positive role in promoting the development of China-Japan trade,and the impact of trade facilitation on China-Japan trade is affected by different factors such as industry and region.In order to further promote the better quality and higher efficiency of China-Japan trade,China should accelerate the construction of institutional environment on the basis of advancing infrastructure construction,make good use of the signing opportunity of RCEP,the first free trade agreement between China and Japan to improve the level of China-Japan trade facilitation,maintain the supply chain system between China and Japan,and enhance the level of regional economic cooperation.
